2005 Miner Benedetto Signature Series

The 2005 Miner Benedetto Signature Series is the Miner Families most limited production Cabernet Sauvignon and the third collaborative effort with Benedetto Guitars’ founder Robert Benedetto. Dave Miner, an avid guitar collector and jazz aficionado, and the renowned guitar builder have created a stunning Cabernet Sauvignon that emanates elegance, balance and symmetry and mirrors the musical instruments themselves.

We Tasted this wine Dec 2008 and it was already showing amazing. The complexity and tannins are showing great depth and roundness. Fruit is forward yet not overly powering.
